Time to Read 2025

Some boys in 2nd and 3rd class got the opportunity to join the Time to Read programme this year with Davy and Business in the community. From January to May the boys got to meet with their volunteer each week to read a story of their choice. They also got to visit the library together and visit the office for Davy. The programme has been running in our school for 11 years now and is a great way for the children to develop a love of reading and improve their ability in reading too. A massive thank you to all the volunteers for all the hours they spent with the boys making their experience extremely enjoyable as well as, Rachel from Business in the Community and Sarah from Davy for organising the programme and making it such a great success in the school. We look forward to partnering with you again next year.
