Slime Time 🦠🧪
Today at camp, a group of enthusiastic boys dove into the world of science and sensory play as they investigated the properties of slime. Using everyday ingredients—shaving foam, bicarbonate of soda, water, contact lens solution, and a splash of food colouring—they created their own batches of fluffy slime. The excitement grew as the mixture transformed before their eyes, shifting from a runny liquid to a stretchy, gooey, irresistible texture. It was not just messy fun—it was an engaging experience that built curiosity, creativity, and communication skills, all while elbow-deep in slime.
To quote one of our boys ‘A messy child is a happy child’ and that just sums it all up!! ☺️
