Honk at the Helix

“Honk” is the story of the Ugly Duckling. Dublin Docklands organised a performance of this musical. Over 15 schools were involved in this brilliant performance in the Helix on February 22nd.
There were two performances that day; one for schools and an evening show for parents. Characters had to sing by themselves a lot, and there were some songs sung up in the balcony by the chorus group in the Helix.
The show was a great success. A lot of hard work was put into “Honk” in the Helix and we had loads of rehearsals to get ready for it. We were allowed to keep our our costumes after the show. We were allowed to come late to school the next day.
